Majestic Owl

The inspiration for this owl painting came from a rescue attempt of an eagle-owl we found by the roadside, weak and apathetic. It allowed itself to be caught, and the next day it was taken to a wildlife rescue station. Sadly, the owl did not survive.

In its memory, I created this majestic painting with magical eyes, set against a richly textured natural background made from elements like ferns and other plants, to stay as close to nature as possible.
